Mike was born and raised in Spokane, Washington.  He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, with minors in Economics and Accounting.  After graduation, he continued his education by attending several financial classes and seminars on his way to obtaining his mortgage and other licenses.

 

Mike moved to Boise in 1997, where he immediately began his banking career by helping customers with their personal finances. Mike helps his clients reach their financial goals by listening to their aspirations and providing them with the knowledge needed to make good decisions.  Mike believes that great communication, follow through, and doing “what you say” leads to exceptional customer service from beginning to end.

 

Mike also keeps himself involved with multiple activities outside of banking.  He is committed to being involved with the community through various organizations such as the Community Foundation Committee (where he has served as President), Meridian Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Rake Up Boise, Paint the Town, and other volunteering events. 

 

Mike also enjoys being able to spend time with his two sons with either coaching, boating, biking or just playing.  For leisure, Mike likes spending time outdoors, playing softball and golfing.
