Kim moved to Idaho in 1996 and has lived in the Magic Valley for 20 years. With 24 years of experience in mortgage lending, her goal at D. L. Evans Bank is to help you select a mortgage that meets your needs. Her mortgage specialties are in Conventional, VA, FHA, RD, New Construction and Farmer Mac (Ag Income Producing Properties). Kim enjoys working with first time buyers and those wanting to build their dream home. We have local underwriters, processors and fund our loans locally.
Kim is committed to serving her community as a Search & Rescue Diver volunteer. She loves spending time with family and friends and exploring the underwater world one dive at a time.
